SHIPPING
Currently we only support shipping within the US via USPS Priority Mail. Please note the weekly rental rate does not include shipping fees. Shipping fees will be charged separately and typically range from $7-$10.
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Security deposits will be held for the replacement cost of every rental and will be refunded upon return provided there is no additional damage to the item. Minor blemishes are expected. Security deposits will only be processed when any cracks, tears, or any other damage or loss to the item occurs. As a courtesy all our customers will be contacted ahead of processing the security deposit.
WEAR AND TEAR
Keep in mind, normal wear and tear is expected over time and will be documented prior to shipping. However, if you receive an item that is clearly unusable, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
GEAR CARE
All blades will be free of glue residue. All renters are responsible for gluing their own rubbers. Please only use reputable table tennis glue brands. Using any other adhesive such as super glue, rubber cement, gorilla glue or any non table tennis glue is not allowed as it can damage the rubber or blade. All glue must be removed and the blade must be returned back to its original condition upon return. Any damage caused by gluing may lead to a full processing of the total replacement cost.
RETURNING GEAR
All gear is rented on a per week basis. Rentals start on the day you receive the gear and must be shipped on the morning of the 8th day. Shipping fees are not included on returns. We recommend shipping via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Local pick-ups and drop-offs are possible for Los Angeles residents only. A late fee will be charged of $5/day if the item does not return by the 11th day.
